No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. I bought a Chanel Classic Flap Bag in black caviar leather with silver hardware from DD. The bag arrived in about two weeks with full packaging. The bag is stunning.
