Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item. Very happy and I will be buying more in different colours!

Bags and prices are great , i bought one back in 2019 for my wife and it's still in perfect condition. I just bought another one 10 days ago and just received it today in perfect condition. For those prices i don't expect a great customer service but they always answered when i had a question even if it took a couple of days. I definitely recommend this site/company !

The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!!
